what we believe

We Believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct for all people. (II Timothy 3:16; Revelation 22:18,19; Hebrews 4:12; I Peter 1:23-25)

 We Believe that there is one God, creator of all things, who eternally exists as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 3:16,17; Luke 1:35; I Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6)

 We Believe that all have sinned and are by their sins separated from God. (Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:2; I John 1:8-10)

 We Believe that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, was begotten of the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He came to restore our relationship with His Father (Luke 1:26-38; Matthew 1:18)

 We Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of the world, rose from the dead, and ascended to heaven to be with His Father. (Philippians 2:8; Hebrews 12:2; Matthew 28:5-6)

 We Believe that our Heavenly Father offers forgiveness of our sins and the gift of eternal life to everyone that believes in Jesus Christ and accepts Him as their Lord. (John 3:16, 5:21-25, 11:25; Romans 3:19-24; Galatians 3:22)

 We believe in water baptism by immersion as commanded by Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38, 10:47,48, 19:1-5)

 We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost. (I Corinthians 15:12-21; John 14:1-3; Hebrews 6:1-2; Revelation 20:12-15)

 We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as recorded in the New Testament. (Acts 2:1-4, 38,39, 10:44-46, 19:6; I Corinthians 12:1-10)

 We believe in divine healing through faith in Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 53:5; Ps. 103:2-3; James 5:14-16; Mark 11:23,24, 16:17,18)

 We believe it is our Heavenly Father’s desire for all believers in Christ to grow spiritually, prosper, and be blessed. (Matthew 7:7-11; I Peter 5:7; III John 2)

 We believe in the personal and literal return of Jesus Christ to the Earth at His Second Coming. (John 14:1-3, I Thessalonians 4:15-17; Acts 1:9-11; Luke 21:27; Revelation 1:7)
